A national group of companies is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. This person will be required to travel at times. We are looking for someone that is strong in transformation and development. You will report directly to the HR Manager.

Minimum 3 years HR Tertiary Qualification 
Minimum 5 years of full HR Generalist experience in a high pressure, fast paced environment with a minimum of 100 to 200 employees
Fluency in English and Afrikaans 
Experience in navigating and utilising a Personnel Management system - preference VIP
Must have some IR experience and dealt with a union
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word (minimum Intermediate)
Must have driver’s licence and own car

Schedule customer equipment maintenance to ensure efficient maintenance planning
Perform routine maintenance on lines to ensure effective maintenance management
Fault finding and repair of programmable logic controllers on TP PLC systems
Fault finding on alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) systems
Install and commission high-speed production line(s)
Superior customer service in all areas of technical support and service
Provide a stand-by service to respond as quickly as possible to customer issues
Grade 12 and/or N6 tertiary education in a technical field 
Trade tested (e.g. Millwright or Electrician)
Must be willing to travel extensively both locally and internationally
Must have a valid passport and drivers license
Must be a South African citizen with valid ID
3 – 5 years’ experience in a technical environment
Must demonstrate the ability to install and commission complex lines independently
Good working knowledge of PLC’s essential - automation and instrumentation skills
MUST have good electrical skills as the role is 80% electrical and 20% mechanical

A national manufacturing company is looking for someone to join their team. You will be reporting to the Quality Manager
Assist with OHS team appointments and coordinate training to ensure a safe working environment
Create policies, work instructions, SOPS and toolbox talks
Carry out inspections and audits and IOD investigations
Compile site safety files for on-site staff and contractors
Conduct Risk Assessments with relevant teams and implement appropriate and effective risk management solutions
Quality Management Systems
Support departments to maintain certification in ISO9001:2015, ISO17025:2017 and ISO13485:2016
Duties included but not limited to:
Manage incident investigations, conduct and facilitate root cause analysis and ensure the implementation of effective corrective actions and risk management
Compiling monthly reports
Promotion of QMS awareness and continuous improvement in the business
Manage the audit program and support internal audits
Manage training records in line with company procedures
Effective document and change control
Relevant science undergraduate qualification
BTech in Quality Management Systems or Certificates in recognized Quality Management System and Health and Safety training courses

ISO9001:2015 implementation and internal auditing
ISO17025:2017 certificate and implementation experience preferred
ISO13485:2012 or 2016 certificate would be advantageous
Analytical or manufacturing working background preferred

Obtain Tax Clearance Certificates
1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
A finance/accounting degree or similar qualification
Experience in implementing controls and improving the control environment would be advantageous.

Strong analytical and reasoning skills
MS Office proficient
A proven track record of building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
