FMCG SALES REP
Durban

We are looking for a HUNTER Sales Rep. This is a specialised market that this person will be working in and we are looking for a target driven individual who can source new business.
 
Preferably someone who knows the rural and semi urban environment as these positions would be expected to source new business in markets which include bottle stores, corner tearooms, but will also include Spaza shops, container shops etc.
 
Company Car for business use, however personal use will only be issued once probation has been completed.
 
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent of education

TECHNICAL SALES REP

To meet or exceed the allocated sales budget by selling the employer’s products to existing customers and soliciting sales from potential new customers


Responsibilities:
Manage a group of customers to meet or exceed annual sales plan and allocated budget
Make outbound lead generation calls to prospective and existing customers to create new sales and upgrade sales opportunities

QUALITY ENGINEER

Based  at the Converting Factory
 
The Quality Engineer key objectives will be the elimination of claims and reduction of waste by establishing optimal process conditions, seeking to reduce losses in the converting process, with a consequent reduction in converting costs, as well as reduction of the total number of complaints / claims and increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of our products through the use of World Class Manufacturing  (WCM). Provide support, coach and guidance to task groups responsible for the reduction of losses and improving the quality of our products through the use of quality tools (FMEA, Ishikawa, Cause Effect, PM Analysis, 5 Why)
To control quality and ensure compliance of both raw materials and finished products, packaging material meeting global and internationally accepted standards and specifications.
  
Responsibilities:
Overall process management
Implement process kaizen improvements in all stages of the process
Ensure mandatory standards are in place, and best practice is in place
Implement the optimal process conditions through the process control
Perform daily analysis of performance losses and rework in the converting process
Develop and put in place process parameters and ensure they are trained and used
Establish process Q-Points and ensure they are trained and used
Ensure packaging material spec is in place, updated and complied with
Develop SPC system and ensure staff use the system accordingly

Knowledge and experience of printing, laminating or filling machine will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP R/3 would be an advantage
