This is a specialised market that this person will be working in and we are looking for a target driven individual who can source new business in urban and rural areas and service corner tearooms, spaza shops, bottle stores etc.
 
They would ideally like someone with FMCG sales experience, however we will also look at someone that has working experience dealing with customers and has the ability to sell.
 
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent of education
Tertiary education would be an added advantage
2-3 Years sales experience in an FMCG work environment (ideal)
Valid driver’s license with no endorsements
Reliable transport to work and back (no public transport in the area)
MS Office proficient
Very good command of the English language (written and verbal)
Preferable if the person can communication in Zulu
High energy levels
Ability work independently
Well-groomed and presented
Good negotiating skills
Willing to travel and stay overnight
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

PROCESS ENGINEER:
Pinetown / KZN

We are looking for a Printing Process Engineer who will be based in our Converting Factory in Pinetown. The role will report into the Production Manager also based in Pinetown.
 
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the equipment efficiency or process / production line
Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line
Working site management and be responsible for safety 
WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress and participate WCM pillar activity
 
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
At least 4-5 years’ experience at production area
Strong background in WCM analysis and tools
Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques
Preferred experience in Quality / Other Production process / Maintenance or WCM

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Branch Manager. Someone that has a strong and diplomatic personality.

This is for a small town in KZN so this person will need to be happy living in a small town.

You will be on call for emergencies.
 
Basic salary + car allowance + car insurance + medical aid + provident fund + fuel allowance + housing (small rental amount) + performance bonus
 
The type of candidate will need to manage an active unionised branch. If the person is able to speak Afrikaans and Zulu fluently, this will be an added advantage.

Compile and manage budget
Oversee administrative tasks in the running of the operation
